3. PAY BY PHONE

We encourage customers to download the Parkmobile app, but you may pay through the automated phone system as well. We suggest you register in advance, so that your first parking session will be a quick and easy transaction.

  1. Call (877)727-5714 on your phone
  2. The automated phone system will register the phone number from which you are calling as your registered mobile number, so you should only call from your mobile phone to ensure all of your information is registered to the correct phone number. Registering your account under a shared number such as an office or hotel phone number is not advised
  3. During phone registration, you will be required to enter 5 pieces of information: license plate number, license plate state, credit card number, credit card expiration date, and the credit card security code
  4. You must also agree to the stated Terms and Conditions
  5. Once registered, you will be given the opportunity to start a parking session
